I should have known before
1) Eat above your BMR
2) A 15 second slow run 10x is better than not running at all
3) Get a good set of running earphones
4) Got A Computer / Gaming Console with Internet ? Good, you have YouTube.
5) Pamper Yourself every once in a while
6) Think of weightloss like an arcade. Just like you need 1500 tickets for that scooter, you can lose 10lbs and get a new haircut.
7) YOGA / PIYO... 'nuff said
8) Love yourself before loving somebody else.
9) Have Family / Friends go to gym classes with you. It'll be more fun and you're spending quality time together.
10) Make a stranger smile. It'll change your life and theirs.
11) It's okay to dance in public and be generally awkward. We're all weird, but some are just too afraid to admit it.

Have to remember this is not facebook and there is no like button!! LOL
I have a sign on my desk at work that just says DFTBA. People look at it like I am weird. Yet no one will ask about it. lol Its right next to my Tardis picture. A little reminder through out the day!0 -
