I seem to be stuck also. I have 10 lbs to go. I'-m eating 1200 cals a day and running 30'-40 mins a day 4x week.

it is like packed dirt and shell. Its the first time I ran it. I have been running on a treadmill. Then I went outdoors to a paved trail and then this trail. I am going to take today off from running.

hmmm, I got the shoes at Sports Authority and all I did was stand on the gel pad. Up until now I have been wearing Nikes, but they were really a half size to small so I had to get a new pair. We do have a running store not to far from here. I will give that a try.
