  • I am just finishing up level 2. At the rate I am going, it will take me well into October to finish. I plan to cut back to 3x a week so I can do other exercises also. I would rather take longer to finish than burn out and quit.
  • I started level 2 last week, and then got sidetracked by some really nice weather and lots of yard work. Today, I finally completed my second day of level 2. Even after taking a week off, it did seem a bit easier. I still can't do push ups, but I will keep working on that:happy:
  • Day one of Level 2 completed! I had forgotten most of the moves. Today the plank jacks and high knees were my favorite. Hope I still like them tomorrow.
  • I really like morning workouts also. Yesterday I kept putting if off saying I would do it later. Well, later never happened and I had to complete day four this morning instead.

  • If I remember, level 2 was my favorite also. Of course, there is something in every level that I struggle with each time.

  • Day 2 complete using 3 lb. weights again. I was able put a lot more effort into it today and it felt great. Tomorrow I would like to try my 5lb weights for a few of the exercises. I still really don't like push-ups.

  • I completed day 1 yesterday using 3 lb. weights. I am such a wimp. Hopefully that will change by the end of the month.

  • Carol from Wisconsin. I am 49, 5'8 and over the past few months snuck back into the 200's...ugh. I just joined MFP this morning, and am still figuring how everything works here. This will be my first challenge! Can't wait to get started.
