two tricks that are helping me..... 1. I don't waste calories on drinks. 2. I try to add a big salad (mixed greens and baby spinach, sprinkle of gargonzola and balsamic dressing) to my plate at lunch and dinner I still indulge, but not so much. I used to each like a teenaged boy! Its working : ) good luck.

My kids wanted to have movie and popcorn night on Friday, thankfully I discovered Pop Weaver....its made with canola oil, so one cup poppped only has 50 calories and its pretty tasty, I wouldn't have it all of the time, but it felt nice to enjoy real popcorn with them and not feel guilty.
