    Starting weight 154...so excited to be out of the 150's for the first time in forever!

    This challenge is just what I need. I have been so far off track! I was up this morning for my wiegh in. EEEEEKKKK I refuse to belive the number I saw this am. So I will weigh again tomorrow an go with that number no matter what the out come. So I take the weight loss Challenge and the exercise challenge. GO ME!

    So my 5lbs goal for March would get me to 158.8!!

    March 1st: 187lbs

    By April 1st I wanna be 181lbs, so really I'm trying to lose 6lbs :)

    Count me in!! :) My weight went up a little between Saturday and this morning :P My March 1 Starting Weight: 153lbs. March 31 Goal Weight: 148.

    I'm .5 lb away from the big 5-0! Even though my ticker has rounded up :grumble:

    Anyway, I hope this month is better for everyone. I ended the month on a great note last night, so I'm hoping that it's just a sneak peak of what's to come this month. Spring is pretty much here and I can't wait to get back to outside activities! My next 5k's are coming up, I have a 'virtual' 5k on the 12th and my actual 5k on the 19th. Can't wait!

    This month, I'm going get outside as much as possible to walk/jog, do my rainy day walking with Leslie Sansone, I have 30Ds for an extra just cause, and Just Dance 1 and 2 because we all need to let loose sometimes!

    Good morning everyone my starting weight is not a good one!

    SW 153.4 almost 2 pounds up from my 151.8 feb end weight :sad: :brokenheart:




    also I woke up early and read 30 pages in my psychology book before the kids woke up : )

    55tolose, don't worry about the slight increase, it is for sure just water retention. It will be gone as quickly as it happened.

    Okay, starting weight: 182.0. I am also new to this, and this will be my first challenge! Really excited. Hope to be under 175 by March 21st (the day I leave to go to Vegas). Have A LOT of work to do.

    Hey I want in TOO!!! I can't believe I'm typing this but there is a TWO in front of my weight again :sad:

    My SW for March 1st: 201.2 lbs :sad:

    So yes - I gained 3.6 lbs in February! :cry: I am not updating my ticker to reflect that....YET. If I don't show a loss in the next few days, then yes I will update it. Right now I think its from the sodium fest weekend and TOM showing up a week early. :huh:

    Welcome to all the newbies this month! I hope you are all on board for the BMK Challenges. I know I am! Gotta love my pal Bru for starting me in this challenge last summer. It really helped kick it up a notch & the weight dropped off. Now here's to that happening again! :drinker:

    Hang in there Kelly. TOM showed up a week early for me too :grumble: But it showed up after I weighed in today which is probably my only saving grace this morning. I know how determined you are, that 2 will be history in no time. Remember, 155 together by the end of the year is very possible for us both. I say the end of the year, but not Dec.. I think Sept/Oct ish. We got this. And if we get there earlier great, and if it does take a little longer, so be it. We just had our first Thanksgiving/Christmas season on this new lifestyle journey, so we weren't sure how to take it. We've been through summer before and rocked it out, so spring should be pretty spiff too :happy:
