Yea I can understand that. I've always wanted someone who knew what it was like to be heavy and not like your body. I'm not done yet, but also still see a heavy girl. Stops me from even contacting the attractive men/women on here.

My staples are definitely: egg whites (~3/day), dannon fit n light greek yogurt, air popped popcorn too. I eat those pretty much everyday. Other than that and COFFEE I just count and stay under calories. I like this post :)
