  • It is true that you can't loose weight where you want to but that is not what you were asking trying typing obliques workout into Google images, that give good exercises to tone those side muscles and reduce the appearance of love handles without having to read lots of *kitten*

  • If your deficit is 1350 and you eat back 600 calories for exercise when in reality you only burned 300, you only have a deficit of 200 calories (assuming your deficit was 500 calories in the first place). Overestimating burns and eating them all back means less weight loss. So in this scenario you should only eat 1650…
  • Surely if I'm correctly logging in all my calories I'm intaking and not going over (or if I do then not by much) my calories; then no matter whether I burn 300 or 600 kcal, I should still be loosing weight consistently?
  • My burns may be a little overestimated as I go by mfp as I don't have a heart rate monitor but I weigh and log all my food, if I get stuff out I find the thing closest to it or if it has packaging I save it and scan it when. I get home

  • 1000 calories is way too low, 1200 calories is said to be the lowest amount a adult female hold intake, anything under that is classed as starvation mode x

  • I don't but the machines tell me the calories and so I just put in that I did less time if mfp says I burnt more. With the kids and the wedding coming up I can't afford a proper hrm :/
  • I put my height, start weight, how many days I exercise for how long, and how much I want to loose by when and it worked out how much I should be in taking. And I don't get hungry in between meals on that intake and exercise.. and whatever I have I work out exactly how much of it I have etc

  • F you do intake 3000 calories per day then I reckon even if you lowered them down to the reccomended daily allowance of 2500 per day and we're using your treadmill for at least half an hour a day, you should loose weight :) though if you out all your details into mfp, it usually works out what you should be having :)
