I have had a fitbit for 18 months and I love it. I use it every day and love that it automatically downloads my extra cals according to my activity level. I have my level set at sedentary on MFP, so if I want to eat more cals I have to move!! I got a HRM for christmas as I want to get a more accurate measure of calories…

If I want chocolate, I eat chocolate, however I don't binge - you have to learn how to eat your treats responsibly. If I denied myself the odd treat I would probably end up binging

I guess it all depends on where you grew up. I'm English so I love me a nice cuppa tea in the morning (milk no sugar) I can not face coffee at all. My American hubby loves his coffee (black with tons of sugar) However he makes a fab cuppa tea. Whatever tweaks yer tweazle!! :drinker:

I use a Fitbit so it records all my steps and stairs, so I feel it is a more realistic record of cals burnt. I need to set the timer on it like I do when I do an exercise DVD. It will be interesting to compare the results.

Feel free to add me. This site is a great tool to help you lose weight, I lost 20lb previously at a 1lb a week :) I took a break over the summer and gained 5 back, but O'h well!!! It'll be gone again soon :)
