Hello!

My name is Laura, I'm 39 and have an almost 3 year old little boy. I started eating better / working out on Aug 20 and have lost 28 lbs (down from 282 to 254 lbs). So, I'm super motivated to keep it going. I have a ways to go but I am working on celebrating my accomplishments and not dwelling on how much I have left. About 10 years ago I went from 240 - 170 but then it all came back on when I stopped the working out and eating right. Mostly when I stopped eating right. Right now I'm working out at lunchtime (cardio and weights) and trying to walk at night.

Anyhoo, that's my MFP story. Looking for new friends to connect with / learn from / get motivated by!! So add me!
