I love "Eat Rite" pizza's - you can order online. They are high protein (25 g) and low carb, low calories (210) each. Very filling, very tasty and vegetarian. My favorite is Pesto. I order them in bulk and keep them in the freezer. It just takes a couple of minutes to unfreeze them. Good luck with work!

I like Jay Robb's chocolate shake - high protein and low sugar. For bars I am addicted to Nuts over Chocolate Luna bar :)

Maybe finding something different and fun to do that doesn't feel like a workout - such as dancing, going for a wilderness walk. Standing while working... there are many ways to use calories without "working out" Good luck!

I think cheat days now an then are healthy, my only recommendation would be to make sure you still log the calories and that you have an extra work out.
