I also have over 100lbs to loose. As a mom of 3 girls, I've had to figure out a plan that works for my schedule. I just started T25 this week. Pretty tough, but definitely feels like it's gonna work. Feel free to add me. :)

April Molina Distel... I'll have a black and white photo. :)

My t25 should be here by the end of the week. If so, I'd love to join. Feel free to add me.

I completed this program a year ago, but had to stop my running when I had my baby. I'm back at it tho. Just finished W7D1 today. Almost there again. I definitely recommend this program to anyone who wants to run or get back into it. I use the rundouble app on my phone when I run. It tells me when to run/walk and lets me…

Love reading this thread. I'm a momma of 2 girls (4 & 3) and one on the way... Well technically she should have been here cause I'm 40 weeks and 2 days, but she'll come when she's ready. Seeing all these amazing transformations has really motivated me to want to get back to losing weight. My heaviest weight was 278 (gained…

I did c25k over a year ago and got up to running 5 miles at 240lbs. Love running!! Just this last March, I found out I was pregnant so I stopped running in July. I'm on my last leg of this pregnancy and can't wait to get back to running. Gonna lose all the weight this time! Anyone feel free to add me!!!

There are other ways of getting calcium other than dairy products. Almond milk just as much if not more than dairy milk. It's about researching and being creative with your eating. Finding the nutrient content in the foods you may eat will help a person find ways of getting the nutrients they lack. You can also supplement.…

My hubby shaves his head and I love it! He grew it out for our wedding and it was nice, but I prefer him bald.

LOL... Exactly!

Doing WD in June in Ohio. My husband did it last year. He ran and did P90X Chest and back for upper body. I've been running for a bit now, but I'm gonna start P90x in March. Good luck to all the Warrior Dashers!!!

I started off at 278 and I'm down to 237. My calories are set at 1200 but I usually workout about 5x a week. On the days I workout, I usually eat about 1300-1500 cal. When I don't, I try to stay between 1200-1300. I have mfp set to 2lbs a week loss and it's been pretty accurate. Some weeks I'll switch things up just for…

Depends... For me being around 250 at the time, the strength training wasn't too bad, but the plyo, kenop, and especially Yoga was difficult. The nice thing about the program is that you can push yourself to do better each time you do it. If your determined enough, you can do it. Just modify what works best for you and…

Good luck with your goals ladies!!!!

I needed to lose 138 lbs and I'm down 41. Its a process so take your time and make it a lifestyle change. Feel free to add me! We can do this!

I started out at 278 and now down to 236. I plan on losing this weight no matter how long it takes. Anyone feel free to add me!!! I could use some motivating buddies and ready to help motivate!

Bump for later... Great recipes everyone!! Keep them coming!!!

You can do this. I was able to do many of the moves/modified moves at 250. I'm doing a modified version because I want to continue my running. So it's possible. Just do what you can and stick to it. You'll see yourself improve as time goes on. Good luck!

I've been running (more like jogging (: ) since September and I'm ready to add strength training to my routine. I thought about mixing P90X in. The weight training part and running on the cardio days. Not sure if that's a good start or if I should try something different. I'm looking for advice/help with this. I'm no where…

I started at 245... it was hard at first, but I wanted to complete it so bad, that I kept going. It will be a challenge, but it will be so worth it. I just did my first 5k the beginning of this month and it was an amazing feeling. I wasn't first, I wasn't last, and most people would consider my run a "fast walk" but I…

Well I'm doing W6D2 tomorrow. I'm really not liking the walk and run part of it anymore. But if I'm correct, tomorrow will be my last day of that. I'm looking forward to just running. :) Is anyone doing a different type of workout on the days off? Just curious as to what everyone else is doing. cayzweaver... Not sure what…

I run in New Balances. I like them, but I didn't know if there was something better out there. I'm gonna need a new pair soon. Thanks for the info. RockyController- Good luck starting. Just remember to take your time and listen to your body. You don't want to push it and hurt yourself. But keep trudging along cause its…

TGIF!!! How's everyone doing this morning? C25k week 5 is completed! Felt good after my run. Now that I know I can run nonstop, I'm looking forward to the rest of the weeks. How did everyone else do?

Motivation and support is great... but ultimately it's up to you to get the job done. I think you have done a wonderful job with a 55 lb loss. It's an amazing accomplishment, but your right. Everyone's journey is their own and just as important. Being that you have done so well, people could think you are on track. If you…

I want to do this when I'm done with my running program! I have P90X and I want to do it, but I don't want to give up on running. I love how this sounds!!! Thanks for sharing.
-
I've heard a lot of people suggest them. I should look into them.

This is actually my second running program. I like the C25k better that the other. But I know it's hard to start again. Good luck and like you said... just keep chuggin!
-
Good luck on your final week! I'm sure it'll be a great accomplishment to finish a program like this!

Good morning Runners!!! I did my W5D2 yesterday and did really good. I even went over the 8 mins so I was pretty happy with that. It makes me feel better about running the 20 mins straight tomorrow. I think I need to get new running shoes. This is something I plan to keep up so I want some good ones. Any suggestions?? Good…

Does anyone know of a franchise or store that will do the analysis or are they just local stores that do it?
