Given your PCOS and Fibro, you should work with a doctor for your weight loss and not solely rely on the advice of MFP'ers. Weightloss with PCOS is a complex topic, and not one layman can readily answer for you like the gospel for people without PCOS.

Why are you so tied to getting an apple watch 6? If you're looking for a great quality fitness tracker, Garmin Forerunners are fantastic and functionally superior. They're not "stylish," but the data is very accurate and the hardware is exceptional. Style over substance on some things.

Probably not, but I would consider skin removal. I don't think my stomach will ever "come back," so if after five years of maintenance and if I have one more kid, I might consider skin removal.

I wonder if that's very common for re-gain? I regained about fifty pounds, having gone from 250 to 125 then back up to 170 and now losing again. It seems like all the weight has shifted downward. I buy a couple new things for each season at the size I'm at that season. Wearing clothes that are too big make me feel frumpy and don't reflect the immense effort I've made. Celebrate your body at the size you're in right now.

Yes. I am turning 30 in a couple of weeks, and back in August my total cholesterol was above 300. My ratios were good, but my total cholesterol was really scary. My dad died young and so did his brother. After getting diet and exercise in order, my levels were well within normal in 2-3 months. Edit: It does also depend onโฆ

Does your work have a refrigerator you can keep back-up options in? Or a drawer you can put some tasty back-up options? When I was breastfeeding I kept oatmeal in my drawer (I still do, I don't know why now). There are a bunch of tasty shelf-stable options you can keep at work that might suffice for those tough momentsโฆ

If it's a national restaurant, they might have the calories somewhere. If it's a local (Yay!) you might be able to email/facebook message them about what the ingredients are/portions and whether they have an nutritional info on the dressing. Take a shower, brush your teeth, and go for a walk. Brushing your teeth as great mouth activity that can distract/redirect your desire for snacks, showers just feel good and can reset whatever it was your brain wanted to do, and walking, well, walking is mentally and physically fantastic and doesn't involve snacks.
