Pick up a vegetarian cook book or vegetarian cooking videos on Youtube. You don't need to go vegetarian if you don't want to, but Bosh and Colleen Patrick Gourdeu (Sp?) have some AMAZING recipes that would introduce you to some delicious, colorful, and creative veggies.

Agree. I've never seen it put better.

Tracked every day and kept with it! It took almost two years, truly, and I still struggle with maintenance but a good support system and healthy habits to mirror is immeasurably valuable. Patience and endurance. You've got this.

non-dairy yogurt and fruit; vegetarian sandwiches -- check out tofurky's deli slices, they're wonderful and very low calories. The trick is to find bread with low calories. Many rye breads are about 60-90 per slice; veggies and hummus;

Medical marijuana and running.

I'm having similar struggles. I was doing great but then I switched jobs, then quarantine hit, and now I feel like I'm on this vicious cycle of eating poorly, not moving around, and then comforting myself with food.

Drinking/eating the milk of another species.

Honestly, I had to combine MFP with Noom. MFP is great for the raw numbers and charting progress over time, and the community at MFP works WAY better than Noom's groups, but Noom helped me figure out why I eat the way I eat and what I can realistically do to change those habits permanently. I went from 250 to 125 with MFP.…

I use one through my Garmin and Columbus Running Company, my local running shop. You might have a local running shop with plans, support, and group runs for free!

I have a passenger pigeon on my left forearm and my babe's paw on my right forearm. On my leg I have a blue heart with waves crashing inside it. I want to get a turkey for the same arm as my passenger pigeon and when my cat passes, I'll get her paw as well.

You're doing great!

The day or two before my period comes are the hardest for controlling my inner elephant. Figuring out what I was craving allowed me to find some good healthy substitutes. I have this vegan mac that I LOVE, it's delicious, but it's not that great for me. So I have it for dinner the day before my before, I run an extra two…

I started with elliptical and walking, nor I mostly run and cycle.

I was a 20-25 year old morbidly obese woman, 250lbs. No one held the door open for me, people smiled at me less even when I smiled at them, were less friendly overall. I felt judged whether I was or wasn't for what I ate. Family made comments about how I was such a pretty girl when I was younger. I was a 25-29 year old…

Mine is 50 right now, but before I started running again I was between 58-65. Running lowers the RHR within a week for me, so that's nice. BMI is 25.

I relate to your story big time. I had my daughter last April, and I didn't get out of control during my pregnancy, but after I gained 30lbs. I have finally lost the 30lbs and I'm just trying to get the final ten-15 bonus pounds off. Finding that routine is so hard. I had a really hard time allowing myself to go running on…

It took like two years and some permanent scars on my knee (two running falls in close temporal proximity), but it was definitely worth it health-wise. I was 25 with cholesterol of over 300, even though I was vegetarian and a fair amount of knee pain from a car accident several years prior. Now my cholesterol is in the…

Dry shampoo and towel, run the towel under cold water and wipe down to cool off, dry, re-dress. I go running every day at lunch and it works. Adding a matte primer will also make your face less shiny.

5'3, starting at 250 down to 125.

That's an excellent blog post, thanks for sharing!

eat less! Calories in and calories out, you burn an amount of calories just resting, if you eat less than that amount then you'll lose weight.
-
I use a Garmin chest strap in conjunction with my Garmin Forerunner. They both work FANTASTIC and I highly recommend Garmin.

You gained it back because you probably only lost water weight. Do you weigh what you eat with a food scale and log every calorie, drinks and condiments included?
