I know exactly how you feel. I have been struggling between 210 and 225 for 7 years. I was never ever to break 200 until last week. I weighed in at 199!! I almost cried. I yelled, jumped up and down and felt very proud of myself. Keep at it. Good Luck!!

Ive been on it for one month and Ive lost 20lbs. Im using it as a jump off. I'm training my brain and my body to make better food choices :) GOOD LUCK

Im no expert but i read alot of post and alot of people suggest increasing your calories to get over a stall in weight loss.

When you want to weigh in, trying doing a little exercise or taking a walk. Something to take your mind off of it.
