I have been doing really good the past 3 weeks. lost 13lbs with the help of MFP and adipex, but today I have an overwhelming feeling of wanting to blow it and eat Dunkin Donuts. Not 1 but like a dozen. HELP!!

step away from the donuts you have been doing so good. Keep at it.0

Sometimes a bit of protein will get rid of that. I like a bit of roasted garlic hummus on 1/4 spelt pita. Knocks it right out.0

Keep away from the donuts!!! If you're like me you can't stop at just one...so don't start! The feeling will pass.0

Well eating a whole box of doughnuts might not be the best idea but I find that I have at 1 day where I OVER EAT not bad foods but I don't stay under my limit that's for sure. I find that this helps me stay focused the other days of the week. Good luck and keep at it You'll feel great once you get to where you want. Also as a snack that I indulge in is sliced apples as they are so sweet they seem bad even though they aren't.0

I have noticed over the years........... when you get those crazy hungrys and you don't give in to them, your big drop on the scale is just right there waiting to show up. don't take the chance you wont get to see it.0

Eat some fruit. I would say eat something sweeter in moderation but I know how I am when I get those cravings... if I have one small brownie bite I will want 7 or 8. For some reason oranges help me out a lot or pineapple.
If you have been doing this good keep it up! I had one of those moments when my friends had a bbq. It'll be worth it to stick to it!0 -
Thanks. Im not going to do it. But I want it sooo bad! LOL0

Its not worth it... I overloaded on sweets today and i still feel like crap. Even after a 45min fatburning cardio wkout. Never again Trust me .0

Glad you didn't. Donuts are naughty food. Have you ever checked them out in "Eat This, Not That?" ...But hey, If it comes down to your craving consuming you, then go for it. <In moderation>
I was told by a trainer once that if you ignore a craving for a while, it usually leads the person to cave and relapse. Instead he suggested that if you want a dozen donuts just have one and toss the rest or don't purchase them.0 -
Just put it behind you and start fresh the next day0
