  • I work night shift too. Tuesday-Saturday 11pm-7am (if I'm lucky) I work at a hotel...I've been pushing for the day or evening shifts just to help be more on track. Add away!! :smile:

  • I totally do. I'm an overnight auditor for a hotel...usually around 3-5am it's dead so I try to do jump ropes, squats, push ups, crunches and sometimes I bring dumbbells with me. I get bored easily though so alot of the times, I'll walk the halls just to get out of the front desk area.

  • Checkout RealfitTv on youtube. I love those videos...The lady has dozens from cardio kickboxing, step routines, cycling and various HiiT and strength training videos. They're all different lengths of time too. From 20 minutes to nearly an hour. I do her videos 5-6 days a week and they kick my *kitten*. :)

  • These are not exactly dvds to do at home, but if you have access to Youtube on your tv, checkout the videos from RealFit TV. The instructor is Dana Lee and she has a ton of videos on her channel.
