I am wondering the same thing. A friend of mine who is a coach is sending me some samples and I can't wait to try them. But I am wondering also what ppl put in the shakes. Is the weight loss drastic. I read on a similar post where the shakes also strengthen your immune system.

Thanks for posting this I was wondering the same thing. I took my measurements over a week ago and then measured yesterday and they hadn't changed, even though I had lost 3.4 lbs. I guess I will only measure once a month.

I do that about 5 days a week and I don't think so. Plus I move my calories per day to 1100. I am still losing weight. I haven't hit a plateau or anything. But this is just based upon my experience.
