My overnight oats is around 200 calories. A 1/4 cup oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, and 1/2 cup almond milk. I also add in vanilla and usually blueberries. Heat it up the next morning. That was my morning breakfast.

I'm 5'5 and 137. I eat about 1600-1700 and work out about 4 times a week. I don't eat back my exercise calories. My TDEE is 1900 so I'm on a bit of a deficit to lose some weight.

So you are suggesting not linking the accounts and using MFP to track food and fitbit to track all exercise?

I'm in the same boat. I used the Scooby method and calculated my TDEE and am eating at a -15% deficit and I don't track exercise and I don't eat back my exercise calories. So when fitbit adjusts my calories, I get confused. So I unsynched. I wish there was a way to synch food but not add in more calories.

All I could think of seeing those cute bear cookies was that they are probably like those Pinterest recipes that no one can recreate and they end up looking like some horrid monster cookies. Nailed it!
