How can walking cause heart palpitations or pressure? Maybe you are taking in too much caffene. Maybe you drink lots of green tea, coffee, or caffene drinks. I don't know what your diet is like. Walking is not much of exercise, and does not get your heart rate up, intense cardio does.

I did Insanity. It is very challenging, but I did adapt to it. They have a fit test at the beginning. I do caution though that there is some people that did complain that they gained weight, or looked better, then there were some that became defined and lost lbs and inches. YMMV.

Don't do exercises that Jilian Micheals does. I actually attended a siminar that she had. Just look at her breasts how saggy they are, and for somebody that does not even have any kids. All her clients (most of them are failures).

BTW eating under1200 calories in not healthy. I am 5 ft 5, 105, and MFP told me to eat about 1280 calories per day. Sometimes I eat about 1500, the odd day I will eat 2000! But I do cardio 6 times a week for an hour, and weight train, so I burn many calories off sometimes 700 per workout. Don't always listen to MFP. You…
