My sons love it - they are athletic growing boys and I mean they LOVE peanut butter. I can’t stop buying it because I have a weight problem and they don’t. So I guess it’s all about portion control and willpower.

I just got the Polar FT7 and love it, works for what I am doing - cardio 4-5 times/week.

I've been on the run, the shakes have helped me stay full and not reach for junk food. My days can start at 4:30 am and end at 7:30pm. Thanks for your feedback.

I use the NutriBuller and make a green blend every morning. I am addicted to it, and my stomach feels much better. I love the taste, consistency and the amount of fiber I am receiving from blending. Good Luck!

I am not an expert and just started tracking myself. Initially I was consuming 1200 and was feeling hungry all the time. Last week I increased my calorie intake to 1500, not only did I lose some weight but I am feeling much better. So now I stay between 1200-1500.
