You might bloat out for a few days and the scale might go up but it won't be as bad as you think. Just don't get complacent when nothing happens and think you can do it every weekend :)

HRM's are designed for all day use and you are right, her results will not be accurate. There are other contraptions avaliable to give you correct calories burnt during a whole day but a HRM is not one of them.

Oh and good for calories/sugars/protein!! I would recommend the vanilla but my fiance loves the banana (I think it tastes too much like artificial sweetner.)
