Oh man, that is the hardest for me! It barely makes it to the trash before I devour left overs. I have to immediately throw away any left overs (if there are any as I try to cook exactly how much we will eat) because if I try to save it for another lunch/meal, I end up eating it that night....or while I am putting it in…

Going to a BBQ Birthday party and instead of eating the endless supply of chips, burgers, hot dogs, cupcakes, etc, snacking on fruit and going home to make Spinach and Ricotta Stuffed Shells!

I use MapMyFitness for my runs! I have a TomTom GPS sports watch and hrm that is synced to MapMyFitness. Once I upload my workout from my sports watch to MapMyFitness, MapMyFitness automatically uploads it to MyFitnessPal. :)

Thank you very much! I have actually improved even more and have each mile down to 9:13! If I can do it, anyone can. Keep up the good work and don't give up!

I would never go back and hated everything about being bigger! Well, I wouldn't say I miss it but I liked being able to eat what I wanted, when I wanted, and seeing food for the taste and not the "holy s***. That has a million calories and loads of sugar!" Oh, and boobs. I do miss my boobs. hahahah Why can't all the fat…

I actually just started around two or three weeks ago! I feel like I am seeing and feeling differences but I am having a hard time overcoming the mental block of the scale not moving! It is so hard not to rely on the scale for me. Especially since I haven't met my goal weight yet.

Thank you everyone! :) Now down 105 pounds! Keep em coming off! haha

I use a heart rate monitor and also follow that policy. I just use the heart rate monitor as a tool to see where I am calorie wise for my own sanity. I don't rely on it heavily and avoid eating back the calories. Honestly, unless you are working out for hours or doing something that would cause a MASSIVE amount of calorie…

I have lost a 2 month old horse AND a Chihuahua! :D

I set mine to sedentary even though I am up quite a bit with my toddler, chores, errands, etc. (I don't count my workout as that either) Have lost a healthy amount of weight a week since beginning in August 2013 so it worked for me. lol Feel free to add me anyone! Would like to have those in the same positions as myself. :)

My husband is army so we only see family and friends 1 or 2 times a year. Someone actually told me "You look good but are you anorexic or turning anorexic?" That was when I was still 35 to 40 pounds overweight! Apparently, caring about my health, what I put into my body, and working out automatically makes me anorexic. >_>

Definitely do pictures! It is so worth it especially when you do not feel or physically see any progress. When you compare pictures, you are surprised at the difference even a month can make! :D

Walking can be just as affective and also be a lot less stress to the joints and knees! Do what makes you feel comfortable and gets you to where you want to be. :) I have never done the 30 Day Shred diet, just the workout along with eating healthy so I do not have much advice to give there.
