Thank you! I actually just got it done and the lightest I have been...like ever! haha I am debating whether I should keep lightening it over the months until it is completely blonde or just stay with it having a mix of darker colors in it.

Thank you so much everyone!!! It really does mean a lot and gives me even more motivation! For those who have asked, I have not done a specific "diet" or exercise program. I just eat healthy, count calories, and do what I enjoy which is mostly running and some strength exercises.

I am a year and 2 months in. I went from 267, morbidly obese class 2, to 144 which is in healthy range for my height of 5'7. I just eat healthy and count calories :smile: This definitely doesn't mean I don't give in to the junk every now and then. I just try to stay or fit them under my calorie goals when I do have them occassionally.

I really hope it is lit enough to run! It is going to be in our city park so I am guessing they will be using the street lights along the sidewalks...I guess I will find out when we get there :/

I think it is a local fundraiser as a local business is doing it and has other local businesses sponsoring it. I gained 2 or 3 pounds from this weeks "binges." sigh I ended up not cutting calories to make up for them and gained. Back on track today and back to being strict!

I swear, I do not know what has happened to me. I have went a year without a big cheat or binge and get 1 pound from my goal...and then binge not once...but twice in a 3 week period! Very frustrating and I feel guilty so I cut the next day or so.

Hopefully this is not another dumb question, but once I do get to my goal weight, how do I know how much to raise my calorie intake? I am very afraid of raising it and then gaining fat rather than muscle. Also, how do you know you are doing enough strength exercises to build muscle on the excess calories?

Unlucky for me, my son is 4 so he is out of that stage so eating leftovers are really easy. hahaha I completely agree with the second part also!!
