Is your diet too restrictive? Do you eat the same things over and over again? Maybe you get bored....? Just some things to think about.

Whenever I see someone out running (or jogging, or walking), I mentally give them a high five. What matters most is that they are out there doing it. Don't be afraid to do intervals. Walk then jog, and repeat as many times as needed to get to your goal. And invest in good running shoes and a good sports bra. Probably…

I've been on a beta blocker for many years (for a different reason than high blood pressure, though). I would strongly recommend talking to your doctor about your symptoms. He/she may change your meds and/or dosage. There are many beta blockers available. It just depends on what your doctor thinks is best for you.

Cruise! You will NOT be bored, plus the food is amazing! As for Sea World, I've had an annual pass to the San Diego Sea World for at least 15 years. The cruelty to animals thing is PETA talking. Sea World rescues and rehabilitates more sea life than most people will ever know about.

I've done TKD (have my 2nd dan), but am looking for another martial art to pursue. I think I'd like judo - not sure, though.

I have to ask.... do you really need to lose weight at all? At 5'6" and 141 pounds, you are at a very health BMI. If you do get your weight down to 120, can you maintain it?
