Peanut butter, honey, oats, and cocoa nibs (or dark chips) rolled into little balls. I keep them on hand in the refrigerator and treat myself after a good workout. Some days it's all the motivation I need to get my butt up to do something.

I'm wondering how well these would store. I like to have wraps and breakfast tacos when I go camping. Anyone have some input on this???

Thanks for the motivation. You look beautiful!

My daughter's name is Maiden Grace, we call her "May." If this one is a girl, we are considering Katurah (Ka-tur-ah) Christine and would call her "Kitty" or "Cat."

Keep in mind every body is different and what works for some, doesn't work for others. It can get confusing and add to the frustration. If you are able to, make an appointment with your doctor, a nutritionist, personal trainer or other professional so they can focus on you as an individual!

Take it slow, if you need to. One…

I eat for control. I have no idea how this makes any sense, but that's what I do. When the 4 year old starts getting lippy, and acting crazy, I feel better after I eat something and it seems I can control the situation better. When the baby cries all night, it seems I can handle it better after a handful of Reese's. It…

You are doing the right thing! Your weight loss will last and you won't have any of those possible side effects. Unfortunately, she will likely gain the weight back once the pills are gone. They are simply treating the symptoms and not the real issue. One thing I learned when my sister and I were loosing weight together is…
