I upped my cardio and started running and I have new shoes...so I will see if they get better...A friend of mine told me to ice them too, he said use a small paper cup freeze some water in it and ice down my shins...going to try that too...Thank you!

That's great! Double like...;) I am new to MPF...so I normally don't have the food packages or labels next to me. I assumed that the program does it for you, so thanks for the info I will look from now on. I do however add my own recipes, just to save for me. Any exercise, whether it's skipping, jumping, running, or hopping....it gets your body moving! I loved skipping as a kid, it would be a great way to get a smile too ;)

They are what the gym has that I go to, they don't have the elliptical. I do the treadmill and the arc trainer. I just didn't know the difference. Thanks ;)
