  • Great Job!!!! I like that you posted your height, too. I'm 5'2 and it's crazy how small amounts of weight gain can affect our body shape. My doctor (who is shorter than me) told me once, "Oh honey, an extra 5 lbs looks like 15 on us, it's just not fair!" Again, amazing effort! Keep up the great work, you look amazing!

  • I love this! <3 I can trick my friends into eating something good for them! :D
  • A few years ago I lost a good amount of weight, and I was doing so many different things that it is hard to pinpoint what made the difference, but I wanted to let you know that one of the things I did regularly ( because it was fun and didn't seem like "work") was playing "Just Dance" regularly. I also used a treadmill…
  • Update!!!! Today I went to gym first thing this morning, tablet in tow! I started a new series (new to me anyhow) called True Detective, and while watching I was alternating between walking slower at a steep grade and lowering the grade and walking a lot faster, increasing the pace as I went. • Thanks again for all of the support! One of the main reasons it crossed my mind was that my best friend recently told me that her mom lost a significant amount of weight simply by not drinking wine anymore, it seemed too good to be true! lol
  • Another thing I wanted to add-- I did talk to my doctor at the University about my weight gain. I went in for my annual stuff and got on the scale and saw a number I've never seen before and was very open and distraught about it. Every doctor I talk to just shrugs me off saying that Im still "in a healthy range" but I just…
  • Wow, thank you for all of the advice! I appreciate it a lot! I agree with many of the posts suggesting I start logging more. That way if it means that much to me to have that glass of wine then I will find a way to make it work. I like that approach more, where my choices are not based on of a deprivation basis, but more…
  • Hey guys! I'm new too, and I came here cause I was also needing a little boost I've been working out a lot and doing tons of walking every day. I have a fitbit and I'm very competitive with my friends on there. I absolutely do not eat anything unhealthy, but my weight has still been slow to come off. Sometimes I even gain…
