Thanks for the ideas! Will definitely try packing a 'bad' snack on Fridays. Coffee also helps me in the afternoon when I am most tempted, I think it happens when I am sleepy :) Have you guys tried the Kashi Soft Square things? SOOO yummy and great for a 'treat'

I have heard with working out and eating right you often drop sizes before the weight begins to come off. The important thing is the inches you have lost. Congrats there! I have several friends I work out with who know from experience about the inches and then the weight. It sounds like you are doing great!

I go to a psychologist, but not for food issues exclusively. We don't focus so much on the food issues alone, but the underlying causes and how to improve my mental wellbeing. I have found the sessions to be incredibly helpful and I has a HUGE skeptic going in there. Knowing why you do things helps you stop doing them :)

I work full time and have 2 little girls- 3 and 8 months. Fortunately enough I have found a gym that offers Zumba at 7pm and take my 3 year old with me. I get snacky at night, especially after working out and usually have a banana and a tablespoon of peanut butter. It provides the sweet and salty fat that I am craving in a remotely healthy way. It's plenty satisfying and delicious. Easily my favorite snack!

I never really had an issue with waking up hungry, only when one of my kiddos wakes up. My baby has a cold currently and has been waking up a a ton. Usually it is the least healthy food in the house and like you all, I do great all day and then ruin it when I am half asleep. Nice to know I am not alone!
