  • Those "miracle" noodles are by far the nastiest thing I have ever put in my mouth. I don't see how anyone can eat them ! The texture is terrible. The smell was the least of my worries when it came to those "noodles"!!
  • So when you say you go by maintenance calories do you mean that you change your settings in myfitnesspal to just maintain weight? BTW...your suggestions about quick workouts are great!! Thanks!
  • Thanks for the suggestions. I am not trying to lose a ton of weight while on vacation because I know that it is not really realistic. I just don't want to gain any while I am there. Your suggestions are great. I really appreciate them. Anymore suggestions are welcome!!!
  • I live in a small community and I do walk at night, but I also go to the gym after I get off from work at midnight. If it is too scary for you, I wouldn't do it though. You may be so distracted looking over your shoulder every few seconds that you won't get the full benefit of your workout.

  • I have tried the smaller portions and sometimes I do, but I know my mind and if I eat "unhealthy" food too often, I will go back to my old ways so I try to avoid it.
  • I'm prior Air Force and I am sure that the Marines have a more strict fitness program, but this site should help you to get a great jump start on the Marines. Good luck to you!!!

  • I know that it gets frustrating, but don't let this get you down. You should probably start reevaluating your daily intake (on the days that you are keeping under your cals). A lot of people feel that if they eat less than 1000 cals per day it will speed up weight loss. This is true, but once you begin to eat more…
  • I would start to focus on more leg work outs. Maybe do it every other day or every three days. Try using some of the machines at the gym that focus on inner and outter thighs. Good luck to you!
