Hi I am Julie and I am doing round 2 of 12WBT. Was not as focused in round one as I should have been but feel now I can do it so this time I plan to track better and do it to the best I can

    you can do it! I am surprised at how easy it is to lose weight if you just keep track and exercise a bit. Not as difficult as I thought. Add me if you want some support! :) Good luck!
