I spotted something! As I have a fitness tracker it counts my steps and sends it to MFP but sometimes I've also put down that I've done Zumba. So am I doubling up and MFP thinks I'm doing more? I've done it twice

i lost 11lb 4 weeks ago. The excercise i do is roughly an hour in the gym, then a 45 minute zumba then an hour or sometimes two hours swimming. I may also add a 30 walk in my lunch hour at work. @Kalex1975 The way i make overnight oats is in a jam jar. a layer of porridge oats, then yogurt then frozen fruit. Then repeat until the jar is full and put in the fridge overnight.

So those of you that put it in their porridge do you mix it with water first or just sprinkle it on and stir it though? and For the overnight oats again do you just sprinkle it on as you layer yoghurts and fruit and oatmeal

Ah I see! I think I'm getting too hung up on the other stats (carbs, protein,fat, sugar etc) so as soon as I go over them I stop eating. Quick meal for me is Asda Savoury Cauliflower Rice and a can of Heinz Dhal Curry Lentils. The rice is 168 cals for the whole 400g bag and the Dhal is 276 cals for the whole can. I usually have this after swimming and classes on a Monday night as not home until 9.30pm and don't want to cook.
