I didn't. Month 1 lost 53 --53 pounds month 2 lost 17--80 Pounds month 3 Lost 16--96 pounds month 4 lost 17--113 pounds month 5 lost 18--131 pounds month 6 lost 29--160 pounds month 7 lost 20--180 pounds. I was however focused for every single day of every single month.

I am going for more. I need to get to a weight of about 240. So about 50-60 more pounds and i will stop. I plan to box and feel that is a good weight class for me.

Burpees were extremely difficult for me starting out, I could do 1 with extremely slow transitions. I can now do 25 solid one in a row at a nice steady pace. The hardest part for me in the jump back in after the push up, it's where I could use the most practice.
