i have this same fear.... if we are in a lake, i have to be able to see my feet --- typically i will be on a raft. As long as i can see my feet, then i am fine. I think this started later in life, because i grew up swimming in lakes and never had any fears so i am not sure where this manifested from....

i would keep doing the level that you are OK with until it is "easy" to you... Then instead of jumping to the next level, take your current level and slowly increase the running time by 30 sec or what ever you are comfortable with.... keep doing that until it becomes easy and then increase your running time again by 30…

I use the app "IMAPMYRUN" on my phone.... i am not sure how the accuracy is, but i usually just use it for the timing/pace counts. Anyone else ever use this app and if so, how accurate is it? Also , what is the best HRM with chest strap for the least amount on money?? Approximate cost?

I think it is important to move on because your body gets used to doing the same thing over and over..... dont worry about not being able to do the "natalie" moves.... just do the best you can do.... there are not actual pushups in level 2 but there are Planks, which are harder.....
