I said "only 40 pounds" because some people on here have lost 100+ but like I said its still commendable. :)

Thanks everyone! And I've since gotten rid of the kitten and the little boy in the second set of pictures is my nephew. :)

1. How old are you? 18 2. What is your body shape? Apple 3. Has diet or exercise made more of a difference in your weight loss? What else has worked? I would say they both equally have, exercise helped me tone up and diet has made me lose fat. Running often made my legs look amazing I always get compliments on how toned…

I get these Klondike bars they're called Thin-A-Bear I think and they're so good only 100 calories per bar.

Young girls shouldn't be stereotyped as the only people that have eating disorders. I agree that the media does effect them but it also effects all genders and ages.

I loooove peanut butter, as a matter of fact I just had some with an apple. I get the Smart Balance peanut butter. Any kind you have to stir before eating is good though, better than those ones loaded with sugar.

Lower your calories super low, the lower the more you'll lose.

I don't know what the weight is but its called the chunky dunk haha

Try to eat most of your sugar in the beginning of the day so your body has a chance to burn it off and if you consume extra sodium drink extra water to offset it.

I agree that if you eat more often and you don't watch your portion control you're more likely to gain weight, but if you eat every 2-3 hours and watch portion sizes it keeps your metabolism from slowing down in between meals.

You're body is in starvation mode and you're body is getting used to not eating try upping your calories a little. =)

I always find socks in the sleeves of my sweatshirts or in the pockets of my fitted sheet for my bed. Other than that I think the dryer eat them lol. Try pinning them together with a safety pin.

I eat Kashi Go Lean Crunch bars. They have chocolate and almond, chocolate and peanut butter, and chocolate and caramel. They're under 180 calories and they have 8 grams of protein and they're a great source of fiber.

I had that happen to me too at Home Depot, the guy helping me load up my car asked how far along I was and I just went with it, it would be too embarrassing to say I wasn't.

I looooooove pita pockets, I take them on the go they're so convenient. I'm still wondering how they get the pocket inside lol.
