I didnt deprive myself of anything only worked out 1 day of the 4 i was off and still managed to lose 2.2lbs for the week

Hey buddy, Im in the same boat with havind alot of weight to lose... i started out at 347lbs. And I am now about 333.4. I am not seeing a significant amount of weight falling anymore so I have decided to not eat back my exercise calories. REMEMBER THAT SLOW AND STEADY WINS THE RACE:smile:

I wouldnt say guilty, but when I eat something and I know I could have made a better choice I do think about it...and sometimes I tend to dwell on it, but then I think about how to make better choices at my next meal or I have to workout a little harder to burn more

thats awesome results... I just ordered the 30ds and thinking about starting it on November 1st....im very nervous about it but i will try....is there a eating plan or you eat just have you been eating before
