Thanks everybody! I'm relieved that it will eventually go away! I can endure it from time to time, but I feel like if it hurt this bad every time I lifted, I would eventually get tired of it.

Thanks for this post - I needed to hear this. I'll come back again and again and read this. Common sense needs to prevail.

I'm so relieved to read these replies. I've always felt guilty for not being able to drag my butt out of bed in the morning and work out. After 34 years, I think I can finally accept that I'm not a morning person. Exercise in the evening is better than no excercise at all...as far as I'm concerned.

Okay - this sounds fabulous!!!!! Thank you...I'm going to have to do this. I just figured I was done with those for a while.

Wait...are peanut butter and bacon sandwiches bad? Haha, J/K. Granola really shocked me. I like having some granola in a yogurt for breakfast, but at 260 calories per 1/2 cup, I try to only have it once or twice a week. Also - seafood salad that you get at the grocery store deli has a sick amount of calories. I was stunned…

I thought I was alone in this... I don't feel more thirsty since I started drinking more water, but I just feel...I don't know....DRIER. Maybe it's just an adjustment period.
