Its weird but I actually lose a little bit of weight during my period..even though the bloating etc does happen the weight loss is short lived though..as I normally go back to my normal weight a few days later

yup and I think this whole skinny obsession is created by these stupid male fashion designers who want women's body to be like a stick love your body the way it is..exercise and eat well enough...and all is good... I too have a med-large frame and have always admired men and women who look "strong"

there are the typical offenders..chocolate, chips....usually when the nutritional information shows a ton of salt or sugar..enough to make up your daily requirement in one meal...I would usually refer to it as junk food but then again, anything a person eats excessively can be considered "junk" for the body..If I ate beets…

Fruits have a lot of good nutrients I think having more veggies is supposed to be the goal with one or two whole fruits a day...citrus fruits are great! I love apples with almond butter...yum!

I take a big pitcher of water, add lemon slices and a couple of sprigs of fresh mint...leave it in the fridge overnight and drink it the next morning it has a slight taste of mint and lemon..not overwhelming and tastes refreshing...apparently it may be good for cholesterol? dunno..
