Jesus Christ, shaving your arms? Dunno if its just me but that's as bad as shaving your legs. Sure, trim downstairs to keep it nice and neat for your girl, but come on, your a man, your supposed to have body hair.

Starting my second round of p90x today! Hoping to lost about 30 lbs this time round, currently sitting about 150lbs and wanna hit 120lbs. I say we got some accountability up in here!!

You can definitely lose more than 10 lbs in a month depending on your bf%, p90x is what I swear by.

I've had some great success going low carbs :) I usually hit about 50g of carbs a day so it's not TOO restricted just a lot lower than usual. As long as he has enough energy to workout then what's the problem ;)

Cheers bud! Yeah what I mean is that according to my BMI I should only lose about 9 more lbs! But when I look a myself I feel like I need to lose another 20 or so! I mean I am 5 foot 6 so 154 lbs doesn't seem all that light!

As far as I understand, weight watchers basically is a calorie counting programme. But instead of calories they simplify everything In to points. Conting calories is no different. If your finding it hard to lose weight, take a look at your food ratios. Are you taking too much fat/carbs?? Ratios, I find, are very important.…

Thanks again for the support guys :D I only have another 9 lbs to lose until I hit my goal weight which puts my BMI at 24.9 but I feel like I have SO much left to lose!
