I’m in I would like to keep to my caloric goals all month and track every day. I would like to also limit my alcohol intake to my days off. I already work out 2-3 times a week but I would like to make an effort to do something active daily even if I do work a 13-16 hour day. Please add me on here and i will try to comment…

I'm tired of using my injuries as an excuse. I want to be fully mobile and I want to feel my age. I don't want to feel old before my time.

Short term goal: Daily check ins on social media for my work outs/ Food even on the days I don't do so well. Long Term: 24 percent bodyfat, size 8 jeans I hope to achieve these goals by September. I hope to go to Vegas with my husband to play poker on my birthday!

I am 5 ft 8.5 and currently weigh about 204 I currently can not exercise due to surgeries I had and will be having :( I would like to get to 150 the lowest and healthiest weight was 170.

Quit being so hard on yourself! 1200 is not a magic number. Try eating cleaner, substitute processed cereals for oat meal, substitute honey for sugar, try and eat whole grain pastas and breads. Okay, I have a similar question. What if you aren't hungry, I am struggling to eat all this food. I used to be a heavy eater now I drink protien and eat mostly meat protiens and veggies along with fruit. I feel great and the scale is moving downward??

Counting Carbs works for allot of people. It also helps regulate blood sugar since you arent getting any sugar.
