  • I feel more satiated on keto diet. I don't get any cravings for desserts or cabs. I have always had difficulty controlling my cravings and dealing with hunger pangs. Yes, keto alone does not make you lose weight, one has to eat in a deficit. It just curbs the appetite for people like me.
  • I'm not caffeine sensitive because I have had pretty strong black tea once a day all my life. So, I know it's not the caffeine. But thank you. I have two regular cups of green tea a day. I think it's the magnesium. Because I just realized that I'm pretty low on it.
