Keto we know it uses body fat to supply the energy need, but then in a normal calories deficit diet too body will burn fat !!
So why Keto is Keto ( I know one consume more fat and less carb and moderate protein) , if I can achieve the same with normal diet just by eating less.

Keto is just one way people use to stay in a deficit or at maintenance.5

Some people find it easier to maintain a calorie deficit on keto. Some find that by ketoing they have a calorie deficit for a while even without counting and don't want to count; others count but find they are less hungry or enjoy the diet more doing keto.
If you aren't drawn to keto (I'm not either), no reason to do it.9 -
Keto IS calorie deficit. There is no such thing as being able to eat over maintenance on Keto and still lose weight. It follow the same laws of physics as the rest of diets out there. Some people may find Keto beneficial if it structures their eating in such a way that makes it easier to stay at a calorie deficit. But people on Keto lose weight by taking in less calories than they expend, just like people on a non-Keto diet.8

Just to elaborate because, while I think you realize this, it isn't super clear and I can imagine people who are already confused not getting it.
People lose weight when eating ketogenic diets by burning more calories than they consume. It's the exact same way anyone loses weight. Eating a ketogenic diet alone doesn't mean that someone will lose weight, in the same way that being vegan doesn't mean that you're going to lose weight. There are also a number of people who are on strict/traditional ketogenic diets for reasons completely unrelated to weight loss given that the diet wasn't designed for weight related issues.8 -
Portion size and remaining at a calorie deficit are paramount to weight loss on any diet. You won’t lose weight on any diet unless you are taking in less calories than your body burns. Find, and do whatever works for you.2

It isn't calorie deficit vs keto.
To lose weight, it is calorie deficit, full stop.
Whether your preferred method is keto with or without counting calories or is any other way of eating with or without counting calories, you need to be eating in a calorie deficit to lose weight.

Keto is a method of eating. If you exceed your calories (deficit or maintenance) you will maintain your weight or gain, respectively. People who do keto will lose water weight initially, but real fat loss must come from a calorie deficit no matter how you choose to consume your calories (high carb, vegan, low carb, keto, etc).3

Ketosis can be reached on a calorie deficit but one is not needed to be in ketosis. To be in ketosis, most people need to keep carbs below 20-50 g a day. That's it. I could eat 25 g if carbs a day, and be at ketosis at 1200 kcal a day or 3000+ kcal a day. Right now, I eat about 2000 kcal a day to maintain, or lose very very slowly, while in ketosis.
I use fat for fuel because I eat very little carbs. How much fat I eat determines whether I use the fat in food or my own fat for that fuel.2 -
I feel more satiated on keto diet. I don't get any cravings for desserts or cabs. I have always had difficulty controlling my cravings and dealing with hunger pangs. Yes, keto alone does not make you lose weight, one has to eat in a deficit. It just curbs the appetite for people like me.4

Keto uses the fat one consumes to supply body energy needs. Body fat utilization, as with all diets occurs in a calorie deficit.7 -

Just to reiterate, keto burns dietary fat as its primary source of energy. The fat that gets eaten because it's a high fat diet. Whether or not you tap into fat stores depends on calorie deficit.11 -

The first sentence is a little confusing. You can eat in a calorie deficit or calorie surplus while following keto. That will determine if you lose, gain, or maintain following a keto diet. The rest I agree with.8
