Hey hey there!!! I could use some accountability and motivation too, feel free friend request me!!! I've struggled for The last year or so with consistency and I've unhappily gained about 40lbs. I need to lose it and build back my strength and conditioning and endurance.

Yes, Drink as much as you can. Don't just not drink it. It's something your body needs.

I used to be like that. I'd step on the scale at least 3 times a week. But I've cut it down a lot. I only get on 1 time a week now.

I just did Racine and I'm signed up for Chicago as well and putting a team together for the Milwaukee. It was sooooooooo much. I had a blast. If anyone is interested in being on my Milwaukee team let me know!!

I haven't had much luck with getting any advice on here either. I've got the same problem. It's all my low tummy and hips. Always but this is the first time I've ever tried to do anything about it. Ripped In 30 is a workout I always recommend. I've lost about 4 inches from my waist doing it. A lot of planks veriations. lol

I'll have to look back through it to find what it actually says but I do remember a part in the booklet that says you should get the battery changed at a certain place because they will make sure after they do that it's done right so it continues to be waterproof.

I've recently had that expierience at my in laws house. I bundled up and went for a walk. Once you get your body heated up it won't be so bad. I think one night it was snowing so it's possible. Try to start out doing a slow jog to warm up a little quicker.

I'm sort of a new knitter so I didn't realize that patterns for leftys and rightys were different. I say get some cheap yarn and try it out. lol You may surprise yourself.

I heard this too. A friend of mine has the exact same treadmill as I do and she said hers over estimates. Mine is right on. It may be your age or just your body. I'd go with the HRM personally.

I couldn't find another philly cheese steak flatbread so I looked up Dominos philly cheese steak pizza and said three peices of a large. It ended up being 990 cals. lol.
