I just had lunch there. I did look on my phone to try to see how many cals the lunch I wanted had in it but I couldn't find it right away and everyone else was waiting on me so I just got it and figured I'd find it online. Well it hasn't been that easy. lol. I was wondering if anyone just happened to know how many cals or where I could find it. I had 3/4s of the Philly Cheese Steak Flatbread. Thank you for any help. I've googled and looked on their web site but I haven't had any luck yet. lol.

Some places don't actually provide nutritional info. You may just have to find something comparable and use that. Like when Nik and I went to Hodad's for bacon cheeseburgers, they don't provide any info so I just logged it as a bacon cheeseburger from Applebee's. Not exact but better than nothing.

That is a good idea. I'll try to find something like that for now. I guessed and said 800 cals. lol

This is similar to what I always do too. I usually use Chili's though. Their bacon cheesburger and fries is extremely high! Just have to work out on those days and cut back on the other meals. :D

800 cals sounds pretty low to me for a Philly Cheesesteak. I could be wrong but if they are that low, I'm definitely going to start eating more of them! :D

I couldn't find another philly cheese steak flatbread so I looked up Dominos philly cheese steak pizza and said three peices of a large. It ended up being 990 cals. lol.
