Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Tricep Dips

Let's do 75 of them.

There is a catch to only doing 75 of them. When you go to do these, get in position holding yourself up on the
edge of the chair and then scoot your feet out until it is hard to hold yourself up. Once you reach that point
that is the point in which your feet should be to do these 75.

Your fist set must be as many as you can do then you can break them down however you want.

Reply back and let me know how it goes for you. This is part of the switch to "quality" not "quantity" that I am implementing.


You have until midnight to get them done.
If you can't do 75 then do what you can.
The important thing is that you try to do it.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Would doing this be considered overtraining if my workout this morning was upper and I did 2/12 w/barbell and a pyramid set of them on dip machine? I'm willing, I need all the tricep help I can get but I want to make sure not to "overdo" it.

    I love these mini challenge - For whatever reason - doing these seems to give me the motivation to get my *kitten* to the gym.

    Done!
    2 sets:
    40 first set
    35 2nd set

    Those bodypump classes are paying off ;)

    Time to get the kids off to school and head to the gym. Good challenge - thanks!
