It takes time, but with a good workout routine and a clean diet, I promise you will see results! Just keep doing what your doing, you will know when you are ready to try something a little bit more challenging - I have heard good things about strong curves for shaping the body though! Good luck x

Thank you. However, like I said, I drink 2 litres of water a day, that includes drinking up to a litre during my exercises, I apologise, I should have made that more clear. Second point - Yes, I knew that, that's why I am taking calcium and magnesium supplements (please re-read my post)

Good luck with your journey! Feel free to add me:)!

It's just a normal spinning bike with no screen but I never thought of checking iTunes! - I'll do that now, thanks x

I know how you feel - I felt like I was in a never ending cycle i.e. eat - gain weight - get depressed - eat because I was depressed - gain weight and so on and so on Good luck on your journey :)

People are always going to voice there opinions and try to tell you you're wrong when it comes to diet/nutrition/weight loss. At the end of the day, it's all down to what works for you. What might work for her, might not work for you. Personally, I have to keep my carbs under control (by keeping them relatively low)…

Juice Plus. Worst thing I ever did and wasted money on. It tasted disgusting, I was constantly hungry and it did absolutely nothing of the things it claimed it did!

26:35 :)

Introduced more fat and protein into my diet - I don't count calories!

Try cutting back on your carbohydrate. I reduced my carbohydrate intake from 150g a day to any where between 50-60g a day and the weight is dropping off me.

I do plenty of calf raises and use the elliptical trainer and i'm seeing results.

Insanity ruined my ankle.
-
You're not eating enough food.
-
I did the first month, but stopped after that. I have a lot of issues with my feet/ankles, and the second month of insanity was too much and caused me a lot of problems.

Fellow pears.. I am a size 8-10 on top and a size 12-14 on the bottom. Squats and lunges are my best friend and as time goes on, my legs/butt/hips are all decreasing in size. Keep up the good work everyone, embrace yourself, you are all beautiful :)

I agree %100 with what you are saying. I never, and will never, use the scales again. I go off how my clothes fit, how I perform and most importantly, how I feel.

I have any where between 50-60g

Before I go to bed on a night, I will eat half a tub of organic cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is a brilliant source of protein, keeps you full and is nice and light on your stomach before bed and for me, stops the midnight cravings!

I am a personal fan of two lightly salted rice cakes with a bit of peanut butter - does the job!

You did it once, you can do it again :) All the best and good luck!

I will try the egg whites!

Always listen to your body! I typically have a 1/2 weeks off every 4-5 months, to let my body finally have some chill time! It's nice to hear about girls who like to weight train, the girls who compete at shows have AMAZING figures (and i'm not talking about the one's who are huge either).
