How can I decrease the size of my lower legs (from my knees down) as I have lost 54 kgs over 30 months but this part of my body has not reduced in size at all?

I do plenty of calf raises and use the elliptical trainer and i'm seeing results.0

You can't ''tone'' body parts or chose where you lose weight.
You probably need to lose more weight.0 -
Unfortunately you cannot spot reduce. You'll just have to be patient and eventually the weight will go from there. You might always have large calves, but they will go down. I am someone who had to work really damn hard to get some calves, so the grass is always greener! Haha
Best to you OP.0 -
Hi:
I suggest to have one day of the week for "lower body" exercise
Leg presses, both leg together at one weight set and then one leg at a time with lower or no weights.
Romanian dedlifts
Split lunges
Calf raises
Knee raises
Already mentioned by other posters, you can not spot reduce. You need to keep on working your entire body
Good luck0 -
They'll probably shrink some eventually. Your muscles increase from carrying a lot of weight around and now that you've lost quite a bit, you'll probably lose some mass there.0
