Egg issue!

I have been eating two eggs on a morning for a couple of weeks now with no problems whatsoever, however, lately I have been experiencing some pretty bad nausea during and after eating them!

Even thinking of eggs right now is making me feel ill! anybody have an idea what this could be? and what is a good protein and fat alternative I can have for breakfast instead of eggs? I don't think I can physically eat another egg ever again.

Thanks

You might have a mild allergy to them that has been exacerbated due to the frequency . I know there for a time, it seemed like if I drank milk or ate eggs, this caused me major issues in the bathroom, so I stopped eating them for a while. Slowly started to incorporate them back in and while I do not eat or drink them everyday, the times that I do eat/drink them, I have had no issue since.

You could try what worked for me after a break from eggs and if that does not work, try just egg whites (basically, you might just be allergic to the yellows). For the fat, you can always have bacon.

Maybe too much of it. Try somethign else. Too much of anythign is too much. If you are having two eggs a day, every day, maybe decrease it to every three days and have something else in between.

As far as substitutions, you would be a better judge of what would work as it's so subjective. I feel ya on the egg thing though. I feel really bloated after eating eggs & it lasts a good 4ish hours =(

I've been avoiding them as of late, but I think I'll try not having more than 1 egg at a time to see if that helps. I was thinking somewhere along the lines of some type of intolerance too. My daughter is downright allergic to 'em.

ETA: I feel burp-y just thinking about them
