  • Americanos w/sugar free syrups & splenda or equal for more sweetness..i add in myself the nonfat creamer or ask for it on the side just a dsah all in all like `130 cals estimating high this is for a venti hot or cold :tongue: :drinker:

  • well i was told to take your weight times 10&thats an estimate of cals to eat on a daily basis along with exercise &u would still lose weight...but i did my bmr on mfp&it gave a 100 calories less...some days im ok with the 1373 cals some days im not but i do know the initial 1250 calories mfp gave me was not enough ...so…

  • irene,do u think i should try the more complex version or simple? & just so im reading the chart correctly u eat the amount of calories listed in the column of what your tryiing to achieve right.......if your doing extreme fat loss u stick to that column of calories,or if your doing just fat loss u would stick to that…

  • Well as long as your staying within your calorie intake&actually being true 2 it i think u should just keep on what your doing & make sure to measure cuz u may b loosing inches rather than weight.....but i suggest u cut the coke out for at least 2 weeks &stick to a crystal light types of drinks..make sure your drinking…
