I posted these links a while back. Thought I'd give 'em another shot as there was little interest at the time. http://nutritionovereasy.com/2011/04/can-you-trust-the-nutrition-facts/ http://www.livescience.com/26799-calorie-counts-inaccurate.html http://www.businessinsider.com/calorie-counts-arent-accurate-2013-7

Have anyone noticed that well into the next day after over-eating you remain satiated, allowing you to skip meals without the usual pangs of hunger? I can easily go without eating for most, if not all day. The obvious result - no or little weight gain. Sweet.

Spinach good.

Cause now I can finally obsess up about things unrelated to health and fatness.

Adorable.

Yeah, nuts are tough to manage. I stopped eating them by themselves and instead mix them in other foods. I put seeds on salads and walnuts in whole gram cereals but only 3x's weekly as their calorie density would otherwise mess-up my game plan. Good luck.

Maintaining weight lose long term is statistically slim, indeed. I'm hoping the habits I created will ensure a diet that is healthy and controlled. For example I eat primarily the same whole food, plant based diet daily. I've trained myself to crave these meals and snacks and hope that as long as I prepare these meals as…

Has anyone had a skinny dream; one where you're lean, fabulously attractive, only to awaken to your gigantic self?

Yep, me too. Been eating the same meals and snacks for over 2 years now. Moreover, I still love every bite.

Hi, I too just got blood work done and discovered, to my horror that my LDL was 107. Understand that in June 2013 it was 53. I was taking Lipitor at that time. I stopped in July. I'm a health nut; a whole food vegan and avid HIIT, strength and aerobic trainer. I have all the healthy cholesterol markers covered. The moral…

Hi arpiagape1, Generally speaking, you'll take weight off in the opposite order in which it was gained, e.g., you probably first gained in your belly so expect to lose that bit last. I know it takes the patience of Job but hang in there. It'll be well worth the effort. Good luck
