Zaanse mayonaise - it's like normal mayonaise, but even fatter. It's my oldtime favoriete (i could eat it with anything), 106kcal per small spoon, needless to say I ate several spoons with 2 of my meals a day

I execise 3 times a week and it works for me. The only difference is that i exercise for almost 2 hours everytime, 60 minutes of weights/stretching and 50 minutes of cardio When did you started to exercise? It took my body a month to ge used to all the exercsing after that I started to loose

I was never really overweight so people started to notice it around 8 kilo, but now that i have lost almost double that amount of compliments are realy starting to flow and I <3 it

Another tip (that worked for me): avoid machines, use dumbells and barbells as much as possible. You use more muscles with barbells and dumbells. At my local gym I only use 3 (e.g. Leg press) of the maybe 20 machines availeble

SW 172 CW 142 GW 125-135 I'm 5'7" and at a current weight of 142lbs still have a belly (way smaller than I started, but still) so I am going to lose weight and train until I am sattisfied.

My body did change; partial because i Started to gain weight when I was around 18 years old. Now I am 26 and I have lost 16 kilo's. My body has matured and I could not see this due to the extra fat around hips and belly, now that I do see this I am loving my grown up body ^^
